Q: Are my donations tax deductible?
A: Yup! We are a registered 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, we will be able to fill a receipt of your donations that you can take with you.
Q: I have lots of stuff, is that a problem?
A: Not at all, we have the facilities to take in large volumes of items during our normal business hours.
Q: Can you come pick up my recycling?
A: We currently aren't equipped to make house calls, but are working toward it and do offer our location as a drop off location for recyclable materials during regular business hours, seven days a week.
Q: I have some items of great value that people would be able to build things with, are you going to recycle it?
A: We specialize in the "Reuse" element of recycling, and always strive to make use of materials to use in building new projects, resourcing educators, and abstracting their initial function for education and creative fabrication. Once items are screened for use and function, they are sorted into our various avenues of recycling.
Q: How often do you have workshops and programs?
A: We currently offer weekly programs and mentoring. We offer at least one workshop per month with a specific project in mind. All of our events and workshops are open to the public.
Q: Do you ever go to destinations and hold workshops?
A: Certainly! Feel free to contact us to set up an event at your local school, library, or community center.
Q: What do you charge to hold events and workshops?
A: Our rates can be applied based on the needs of the organization. Please feel free to contact us and advise us on how we may serve you best. We are always thankful for your support.
Q: I have a project that I would like to make, can you help me?
A: We will certainly try and aid you in any way we can. We have fabrication capabilities and expert advice on the making of things. First and foremost, we will help you learn to invent and make your ideas become real. If you would like to schedule an appointment to discuss your project, please contact us!
