Starting Saturday, August 25th we will be opening up our makerspace on Saturdays for those interested in bringing a diy art, tinkering, or other project down and working on it, sharing ideas, or even just hanging out in a cool working environment. We do have some simple tools like soldering irons, and multimeters, but in case you need anything specialized, you can either bring your own, or call us at the shop. Being next door to the Reuseum store also has its advantages with everything being available right there. In case you don’t have a project of your own, we carry some cool kits to build and these will be available as well.
In the recent months, the enthusiastic creative community that surrounds us has made it clear they want to be involved with fostering science, art, engineering and experimentation, we just need to make supplies and services available for the cause! Feel free to tell a friend and don’t be shy! The most important thing is reaching out to like minded individuals, and meeting up is always a fun time. This event is a free open house style event for all ages and ideals, all day, from 11am to 6pm at the Reuseum Educational Space. For more information, you can visit our Events Calendar page.
